We only accept returns No Exchanges
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE (NO Exchange NO Refund)
Clearance/Sale items and items purchased during a promotional sale will NOT be accepted for return for they are considered FINAL SALE.
Please email trendingboutiquela@gmail.com to get your return approved FIRST, BEFORE shipping back your item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers MUST notify Trending Boutique LA via email within 3 DAYS of the delivered date to be eligible for returns. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees. Shipping is non refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: The return package must be sent within 2 days of receiving the return approval email. Please email us with your tracking number in order to confirm the shipment. If we don’t hear back from you within that time frame, we will have to cancel your return
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- Any regular or excessive return history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity;
- Any irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer on entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Wrong Address: If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address Customers are responsible for reshipping costs due to incorrect address entered at checkout.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. Once your package leaves our premises we are not responsible for them as USPS or UPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. Once we send the liability is between you and USPS or UPS; however, we will do our best to help you find your package since each order comes with a tracking number. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS or UPS to file a claim.
Trending Boutique LA does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
